The 8th International Conference on Water in Food (EFW2014) is organized in Timisoara at the Polytechnic University, from 25th to 27th of May, 2014.
Opening and get together reception are scheduled on 25th of May at 5 p.m. and the closure on 27th of May.
The studies presented (oral or poster) at this conference may be submitted for publication in a special issue of the journal Food Chemistry, Elsevier (ISI 3.33).
The deadlines were extended to:
– 24th of March, 2014 for the abstract submission
– 15th of April, 2014 for the abstract acceptance
– 25th of April, 2014 for the early bird registration
