The 11th International Conference on Water in Food (EFW2020) is organized in Timisoara at the Polytechnic University, from 6th to 8th of May, 2020.
Opening and get together reception are scheduled on 6th of May at 5 p.m. and the closure on 8th of May. The studies presented at this conference may be submitted for publication in a special issue of the journal Food Chemistry, Elsevier (ISI 5.4).
You are kindly invited to submit your research studies to the EFW2020 conference.
